DecisionFind the clue seekers keep reading
Advanced progress starts by naming why you were found. A wrong surface family, wrong color, bright edge, standing outline, famous spot, or bad movement timing each needs a different fix.
- If surface fails, switch from prop clutter to wall, floor, or shadow.
- If color fails, copy a closer surface.
- If outline fails, change pose or use a nearby prop.
- If timing fails, wait for the seeker to leave before rotating.
EfficiencyKeep one main surface family and one backup surface
Do not rebuild the entire plan after one loss. Keep the room that works, then prepare a second wall, floor, shadow, or prop in case the seeker path forces movement.
- Route A is the normal wall, floor, shadow, or prop disguise.
- Backup action is the second surface family after the seeker leaves.
- Leave a popular spot after it gets found twice.
ReplayAfter an update, retest one surface family first
Game updates can change menus, rewards, passes, maps, or pacing. Run one wall, floor, shadow, or prop route before trusting an older habit.
- Replay one familiar surface route.
- Try one familiar disguise before changing your whole route.
- Adjust only the step that changed.
